The tour was well organized and we ended the tour feeling we had experienced Banff Jasper, Lake Louise and the glacier as well as Vancouver . The transport from Calgary to Banff, was comfortable and offered opportunities to experience the sights. The bus from Banff to Jasper that we were on for almost 12 hours did not have functioning air conditioning , the driver while a pleasant person did not have the engaging tour guide skills we enjoyed on the other transfers and tours. There was no follow up from Tour Radar about the uncomfortable conditions in the bus that we hope the driver shared with the company. Having to confirm our own transfers and tours and even a lunch (that were part of the overall tour) should not have been our responsibility . The tour guides with the one exception noted above were knowledgable , engaging and enhanced our experience. The train was a disappointment as far as sights. However the food was outstanding .Show more
