  1. Day 1

    Ho Chi Minh City

    You'll arrive at Tan Son Nhat Airport and head to your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. Check-in happens after 2 PM, so you'll have the rest of the day to get settled and wander around the city on your own terms. Take it easy, grab some food, and get a feel for the place.

  2. Day 2

    Cu Chi

    This morning starts with visits to Notre Dame Cathedral, the Central Post Office, Reunification Palace, and the War Remnants Museum around the city. Grab lunch at a local restaurant, then catch a bus heading to Cu Chi, about 1.5 hours northwest. You'll get an introduction to the tunnel systems through a video before heading down to walk through living areas, kitchens, bedrooms, and martial facilities. Special tea and cassava get served, and there's an optional shooting range if you're interested. You're back at the hotel by evening.

  3. Day 3

    Mekong Delta - Can Tho

    Leave Ho Chi Minh City early for My Tho and start at Vinh Trang Pagoda, built in the late 1800s. Board a sampan to cruise around the Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Tortoise islands. Stop at Unicorn Island to walk village paths, check out orchards, and try tropical fruits while listening to traditional folk music. After visiting a fruit plantation and bee-keeping farm (plus honey tea and coconut candy), you'll have lunch at a local spot. Spend the afternoon cycling around Tan Thach village meeting locals or relax in hammocks. Later, head to Can Tho for the night.

    Mekong Delta - Ho Chi Minh City

    Start with breakfast at your hotel, then take a boat out on the Lower Mekong River to explore tributaries and check out Cai Rang floating market, the most active one in the area. Walk around to see a fruit plantation and local noodle factory, then visit Binh Thuy communal house and Munir Ansay Pagoda, a distinctive Khmer temple. You'll grab lunch and head back to Ho Chi Minh City by afternoon. Free time that evening, staying overnight in the city.

Stop for lunch at a local restaurant once you arrive, then check into your hotel early if rooms are ready. The afternoon is free to explore Mui Ne or join an optional quad bike tour at the White Sand Dunes.

    • For any tour departing before April 6th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after April 6th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with VietLong Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
