  The tour schedule is excellent, and the different guides are good, friendly and very professional. BUT..... Bravo, the tour operator books very poor hotels in 2 of the most important stays- Beijing and Shanghai. For a hotel to be classified as 3 or 4 star on a tour, it's not just the hotel facilities that need to be taken into consideration, but also location. The hotels were each over an hour (double this in traffic) away from the main attractions of the city's. It made the time spent in each city very difficult. In the evenings after been dropped off by the guide it was impossible to get back into the city to go for meals or a look round at night. Very disappointing. And the operator refused to help find a better located hotel, just stated that was it. I would not recommend Bravo Tours on this basis.Show more

  Just completed a 13-day tour arranged by Bravo Asia Tours, and I must say, I had exceptional guides in each city we visited. Our tour covered Beijing, Xian, Chengdu, Guilin, and Shanghai. Being met at the airport or train station and guided to our hotel or the first sightseeing adventure made traveling in China significantly easier and more enjoyable. Each guide was a local from the area we were exploring, offering valuable insights, directions, and excellent restaurant recommendations. Overall, it was a great experience.Show more

  Took a 13-day China tour with Bravo Tours in mid-October 2023 with my son. Karen Yang, our travel consultant, booked our return flight from Canada and arranged the itinerary. All the travel guides and drivers in China were cooperative and helpful. I would like to thank Karen for her efforts in making our trip a wonderful memory. I recommend her to anyone visiting China. The only disappointment was in Chengdu, where our guide was late to pick us up from the airport; however, the rest of the trip was satisfactory.Show more

Bravo Asia provided personalized assistance and support, coupled with in-depth knowledge. We arranged a private tour for six people with our own guides and drivers/vehicles.   My college-age son and I embarked on a guided tour of China with Bravo Tours, and it was a remarkable experience. Our itinerary included exploring historic sites in Beijing, such as the Forbidden City, where our guide went out of his way to ensure we saw the antique porcelain collections and shared extensive knowledge about the dynasties and their marks. The visit to the Great Wall was exceptional, and we even had the chance to learn some martial arts on site. One of the highlights was dining at a restaurant renowned for serving the best duck in the world. Our guide facilitated the experience, allowing us to witness all the preparations. In Shanghai, we marveled at the architecture and explored various neighborhoods.
