    • Gran Colombia ToursOperatorWritten December 2024

We have 3-star hotels accommodation that might help to be less expensive. We usually work with hotel chains like IBIS. This multicity circuit is perfect for all ages as we adapt to everyone's preferences and pace. Take into account that this tour is private so you won't be traveling with a group but on your own. We will handle domestic flights, arrival and departure transfers, tours, breakfasts and lunches and hotels.

  • E

    Elizabeth

    Asked on August 13th, 2024

Are all tours guaranteed to depart or is their a minimum number of guests before it is confirmed? Are there any tours in January guaranteed to depart?

    Tour Details
    • Gran Colombia ToursOperatorWritten August 2024

We guarantee all departures and we do not have a minimum number of participants.

  • M

    Marina

    Asked on June 13th, 2024

Can you confirm there will be a guaranteed starting date for both those tours on 3 December as our dates may not be flexible. Also with the Cultural tour, its not clear when there is the transfer from the central area to Cartagena. Can that be clarified. I assume a flight and it's included in the cost? Also, Is the time of the flight back to Bogota on the last day flexible?

    Tour Details
    • Gran Colombia ToursOperatorWritten June 2024

The tour 100% can start on December 3rd, the tour includes Domestic flight tickets (also the last one back to Bogotá), 4* hotels in double standard room with breakfast, lunches (except in the free days), all fee entrances to the activities, private land transportations, private guide per destination and risk insurance. Not included dinners and lunches in the free days.

    • M

      Marina

      TravelerWritten June 2024

if we choose the 10 day trip, can we stay an extra day in Cartagena and get the flight back to Bogota the next day?

    • Gran Colombia ToursOperatorWritten June 2024

There is no problem you can add an extra night on the last day. Please keep in mind if your arrival flight is at the evening you should add an extra night too at the beginning.

    • M

      Marina

      TravelerWritten June 2024

With the first day, what is the latest time we would need to be available to start the tour? We are probably coming from Villa de Leyva by taxi or similar on 2 December. We were going to stay in Bogota that night but perhaps we could start the tour on 2 December if we got to Bogota reasonably early.

    • Gran Colombia ToursOperatorWritten June 2024

We can start if you arrive in Bogotá before noon

    • M

      Marina

      TravelerWritten June 2024

From looking at the itinerary, it appears the transfer to Cartagena would be on day 8 of the tour (9 September if we start on 2 December). Would it be possible to tailor the tour for us so we leave the tour on that day and return (presumably fly) back to Bogota? What would be the cost per person (in either $US or $Australian - please specify).

    • Gran Colombia ToursOperatorWritten July 2024

We recommend our 8-day tour of Bogotá, Medellín, and Cartagena.
