Our customized South China adventure prepared by Allison Chang at Odynovo included Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Guilin-Yangshuo, and Zhangiajie. Where to start? Everything went smoothly - from the train tickets, hotels, included meals, scenic sights, and all our guides, exceeded expectations. The cities, from ancient to modern, were fascinating. The natural beauty from Guilin to Zhangiajie was stunning and took our breath away. We went to Tianmen Mountain in the rain, but as we got to the stairs, the clouds miraculously cleared and we were lucky enough to see Heaven’s Gate. So don’t let the rain dissuade you. All our guides made the trip more manageable and more memorable. Linda, Lu, (English name Sophie) and Mei, (English name Cindy) treated us like friends and were a joy to be with. I highly recommend this trip and thank everyone mentioned for making it the trip of a lifetime.Show more

I highly recommend Odynovo for private tours of Asia. They organized our tour of Thailand last year, and this year for China. Their service far surpasses other travel agencies we have used. Our travel consultant is Joyce and she is terrific. She takes the time to find out her clients’ personal preferences and travel style. The itineraries are always well-thought out with an excellent variety of activities - from history and culture - to culinary delights and simple fun. Our recent month-long tour of Southwest China was phenomenal. I cannot imagine planning a trip like this on my own. Joyce’s flawless travel planning and coordination eliminates all worry so we can fully enjoy our time. The tour guides and drivers that Odynovo provides are exceptional. Guides who made our China trip so wonderful include Martin in Hong Kong, whose upbeat personality made our time in this special city fun and enjoyable. Maggie, who made sure we had a memorable time experiencing everything Zhangjiajie and Phoenix Ancient City had to offer. Henry, who introduced us to Guilin rice noodles and took us bike riding in the beautiful Guangxi countryside. Nixon, who did a masterful job of navigating us through the beautiful Kunming Stone Forest. Hua, whose knowledge and pride in Yunnan province let us truly connect with this special region of China. Through Kevin, our guide in Chengdu, we gained a deep appreciation for Chinese society and culture, learned all about pandas, and had our first Chinese hot pot. And Vivian, our Shanghai guide, introduced us to this amazing city’s history, unparalleled views along the river and from skyscrapers, delectable dumplings, and a Venice-like town just outside the city. My trip to Zhangjiajie was great and very memorable. Ander had arranged a trip previously for me to Huangshan. That trip was great so I was very happy to deal with Ander again. He is polite, very responsive and trustworthy. I made a last minute change to the schedule of my trip to Zhangjiajie and Ander handled it all professionally. Exceptional service from Ander again. When I arrived in Zhangjiajie I was met by my guide Yeena. She is a delightful young lady. Yeena greeted me with a gift which was very kind. During my time in Zhangjiajie I found Yeena to be helpful, cheerful and great company. 10 out of 10 for Yeena. Highly recommended. I don't usually have a guide in China unless what I want to do is too difficult for a non Mandarin speaker to organise. Everything was just so well organised and easy for me on this trip. I am very glad Yeena was my guide in Zhangjiajie. I couldn't have asked for more on this trip.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 15th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 15th, 2026, a minimum payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking with Odynovo. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 45 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
