  No note was taken regarding the gluten intolerance noted in the requirement we were obliged to complete. This was disappointing and restrictive in certain meals especially breakfast. It made me wonder why we were asked about this when no alternatives would be available. Ella was great as we were able to source good restaurants offering gluten free alternatives Some of the hotels were fairly remote so it was difficult to explore various places independently such as Kandy. Our guide said he would take us on a shopping trip before we left but this did not happen and there was no explanation. Given that we were a private tour it would have been nice to have had a greater input in our plans for the day especially when temple visits occurred and affected our attire for the day.Show more

Our guide, CJ was knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of his way to ensure we had the best experience. The locals were always welcoming, and we felt safe and comfortable throughout our journey. Overall, this tour of Sri Lanka exceeded all our expectations. The beauty of the island, combined with its rich culture and the kindness of its people, made for an unforgettable adventure. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a perfect blend of nature, history, and relaxation. Sri Lanka is a gem waiting to be explored!Show more
