  we are 4 people (two adults, and two kids ages 8/10), we would want superior hotels, if possible with a pool. we however don't understand how the rooms would work. would it be two rooms? two-joining rooms? or a single large room? ideally, cost efficient and safe.

  We are in communication with the hotels to ensure that all four individuals can be accommodated in the same room, or if necessary, we will arrange for a larger suite where everyone can comfortably stay together. Alternatively, we will arrange for two separate rooms. It's worth noting that all the hotels included in the superior category offer access to pools for your enjoyment.

  In North America a very common basic room type is 2 double beds - I guess that is not common there? If we were to go with the first tours proposed including 'Accommodation on Triple Sharing basis (1 double bed and 1 extra bed)' would there often be an option of a second roll-away/cot?

  Indeed, the standard rooms in the hotels we've chosen are spacious and comfortably accommodate families. However, I regret to inform you that the maximum limit of beds in these rooms is three, and we're unable to accommodate a fourth bed.

  If we paid that fee before going it would cover entrance fees to all sites, and then we wouldn't need to worry while on the tour? Would the tour leader be advised that we'd paid? If we didn't pay then we'd need to pay at each individual site?

  We are looking at starting the MTA TOUR with 4* hotels on THURSDAY 5 OCTOBER - we plan to fly into Delhi the day before. Is there an area where we should book our hotel so that it is convenient for us to be collected on the morning of our tour?

  We could pick the customer from any hotel in Delhi. We would suggest booking a hotel Near Cannaught place which is more centrally located in delhi. Possible Hotel Options are: 1. The Park Cannaught Place, 2. Radisson Hotel Marina Cannaught place, 3. Diplomat, 4. The Lalit / any Hotel around Cannaught place would be fine.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 25th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 25th, 2026, a minimum payment of 15% is required to confirm your booking with MTA Destination Management Company. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 45 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and MTA Destination Management Company will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
