We noticed that the vouchers were delivered on 6 Sep for a travel start date in mid-October, with complimentary upgrades such as a Sea View room in Amalfi. Your transfers were upgraded and tailored to private, considering your early arrival a day before the tour start date, and there were no additional charges. We are confused about your comment regarding the guide. We had a dedicated guide for each city, covering sightseeing tours to Lake Como, Uffizi, and a Venice islands walking tour, followed by a Gondola ride. Additionally, we offered some add-ons that were not responded to. Throughout the tour, we stayed connected with you and find it puzzling that any issues weren't raised during the trip. We take pride in addressing concerns in real time which will reflect in other traveller's comments too. We asked for your feedback almost every day, and on most days, no response was received. We would be glad to jump on a call to further discuss your overall tour experience and explore ways to improve our communication to promptly address any issues while on the tour.     Is this an escorted tour, or would we be responsible to find the trains/etc and move between cities alone?

      It is not a fully escorted tour. The train stations will be just across the road or one block from the hotels we work with. If they are farther away, our drivers will pick you up and drop you off at the locations. In the cities, you will have your guide spend 2-3 hours with you, and then a different guide will take you on the excursions chosen or included. Amalfi at the end will be for relaxation, but you can choose to add a boat excursion to Capri.
