It is not a fully escorted tour. The train stations will be just across the road or one block from the hotels we work with. If they are farther away, our drivers will pick you up and drop you off at the locations. In the cities, you will have your guide spend 2-3 hours with you, and then a different guide will take you on the excursions chosen or included. Amalfi at the end will be for relaxation, but you can choose to add a boat excursion to Capri.

Are there any options to upgrade our accommodations?

Yes, upgrades to sea view rooms or higher category hotels can be arranged based on availability.

Is transportation provided from the train stations to the hotels in Amalfi?

Transfers from the airport are included, but not from the train station to Amalfi. Most people take a taxi or arrange a shuttle.

We have booked through Radar Tour for many different trips before but this Haliday Tour was useless. We received our vouchers for the trip at the very last minute and that was the only service we received except for messages reminding us of our schedule. From the beginning to the end of our trip, we were on our own. The service received was nil with not even a goodbye or nothing. I will never ever book a trip with them again. Next time, I would book my own hotels and train journey. It would be less expensive and much more convenient! What a let down! A very disappointed traveller.Show more

We noticed that the vouchers were delivered on 6 Sep for a travel start date in mid-October, with complimentary upgrades such as a Sea View room in Amalfi. Your transfers were upgraded and tailored to private, considering your early arrival a day before the tour start date, and there were no additional charges. We are confused about your comment regarding the guide. We had a dedicated guide for each city, covering sightseeing tours to Lake Como, Uffizi, and a Venice islands walking tour, followed by a Gondola ride. Additionally, we offered some add-ons that were not responded to. Throughout the tour, we stayed connected with you and find it puzzling that any issues weren't raised during the trip. We take pride in addressing concerns in real time which will reflect in other traveller's comments too. We asked for your feedback almost every day, and on most days, no response was received. We would be glad to jump on a call to further discuss your overall tour experience and explore ways to improve our communication to promptly address any issues while on the tour.
