We weren't aware that we had to download What's App for communication (security questions around that app) but outside of that, there were no surprises. You need to be patient to get your hotel information and booking confirmations, but once you get them - you have all the information you could ever need. They reached out daily to make sure everything was going smoothly and we never had to question if things were going to work out. We were very impressed with all of the bookings, transfers, tours and just the trip overall. We were able to truly relax and enjoy.Show more
