  What are the first dates available for this tour? Are the rooms confirmed to be single/private? Is the kayak activity a hard activity? I have a partial disability on my left arm.

    During the Vietnam Best Deal In 10 Days tour, you will join group tours in Vietnam (group size maybe 12-16 people). The group tour is NOT that you share with the same group from the beginning till the end. Most of our tours are partial group tours in which you will have different groups for excursion at each place, but airport pick up/drop off and accommodation are private, just join a group on days you have a tour. For your specific requirement, I will ask the cruise team to kayak with you or you can relax on board while waiting for the kayak.

    Our group tour size is normally about 12 - 16 people. I wonder if it's fine for your group to join with some other travelers? Or you want to do as a private tour for your group only?

    Yes, if your group is 12-16 people, I can consider the tours during the trip and offer to be private tour for your group only (please note that it can be different tour guides for each tour). It depends on your group size and I will consider and let you know which tour we can offer to be private for your group only.

    Let me explain the quote for you. Our package includes 2 parts: Upfront Payment + Local Payment.
    - For Upfront Payment, you have to pay before the trip on the Tourradar system.
    - For the Local Payment of USD 280/person, it covers domestic airfare during the trip (except for international flights for arrival and departure of this trip), a part of English-speaking guide fee, and some other local fees for a wholesome experience. You can pay it anytime till your arrival day by cash (new USD bills), or a credit card payment link (with transfer fee), NOT compulsory to pay in advance like the Upfront Payment.
    We just separate the price into Upfront Payment and Local payment to help our clients be more flexible to plan their payment for the trip.

  Approximately how many people are currently booked on this departure? Do you usually have a lot of solo travellers on this trip? Is the group usually quite international? Where do most travellers tend to come from? Do you have a rough idea of the male/female mix for this departure? Do you have a rough idea of the age range of the travellers who are currently booked? I'm travelling solo and just wanted to get a better idea of what the group is like.

    Because it's not the same group for the whole tour, so we can organize the trip no matter how many people. Actually we can't give you the number now, but as my clarification, the group size will be about 12 - 16 people. I still have quite many clients do this trip as a solo traveler. They normally come from Europe, US, UK,... No we don't have any restriction for that. Normally our clients are from 30 - 60 years old

    • 31 days and more before departure: 10% of the full payment + airfare cancellation fees (if any)
    • 15-30 days before departure: 45% of the full payment + airfare cancellation fees (if any).
    • 14 - 8 days and less before departure: 70% of the full payment + airfare cancellation fees (if any)
    • Under 7 Days before departure: 100 % full payment + airfare cancellation fees (if any)
    • No-show travelers will be charged 100% of the full payment + airfare cancellation fees (if any)

    07:30 am – 08:00 am: Our Minivan and a tour guide pick you up at your hotel lobby, enjoy a ride to Ba Na Hills via Cable Car. Spend your time in the most modern Cable Car in Southeast Asia, visit Dream Stream Cable car Station and admire the breath-taking view of Da Nang coastal city. After finishing the first cable car, you will visit The Golden Bridge – which has the most exotic structure and also the world's most prominent pedestrian bridges highlighted by the British Guard newspaper, Le Jardin D'amourn (consists of 9 gardens), Linh Ung pagoda.     1. Do not require Covid -19 vaccine when traveling. 2. The flood left behind consequences that took time to recover from. However, the tourist places are back in the last 2 months so no worries.

    You should avoid the period from 14th - 22nd February 2026 because it's the Lunar New Year - the biggest holiday of Vietnamese people, many businesses and services may be closed or have limited hours, crowds in some destinations.

    I suggest you start the trip in Hanoi and end in Siem Reap. Since the flight from Ho Chi Minh City to Siem Reap is cheaper and more convenient, for the preferred route. But in case there are no international convenient flights from your country, let me know to reverse the order.
