Guides informative, friendly if a little rehearsed and determined to get the information across even while you were responding to it. Dubrovnik hotel fabulous views, extra friendly and helpful staff, good facilities. Split hotel clean, staff helpful and friendly but the location is [Removed in Moderation]! 4-star hotel it is not! Three at best and in the middle of an industrial wasteland. Surrounded by factories, truck depots and dust and drainage works with no amenities for miles. I will not be back.Show more

My sister left her phone in the van on the way to another city; the tour company went out of their way to return it to her, which I thought was really great. The tour guides we had in both cities were very thorough, informative, and pleasant. We arrived an hour late in Dubrovnik, and had to find a cab ourselves as the tour company wasn't there to pick us up. I had emailed the tour contact to let her know that our plane was coming in late- I thought as a matter of course they would check the flight times, especially since this is something that can change frequently , but they didn't.
