Drivers excellent. Friendly, conversant and knowledgeable. Guides informative, friendly if a little rehearsed and determined to get the information across even while you were responding to it. Dubrovnik hotel fabulous views, extra friendly and helpful staff, good facilities. Split hotel clean, staff helpful and friendly but the location is [Removed in Moderation]! 4-star hotel it is not! Three at best and in the middle of an industrial wasteland. Surrounded by factories, truck depots and dust and drainage works with no amenities for miles. I will not be back.Show more

Hotels in the program are officially with the category published, but sometimes even the same category hotels can be a bit different and especially their location can be in city center or outside the center and this sometimes affects also on hotel rate. That is why for all our hotels we have published that it would probably be hotel "X or similar" hotel of the same category so clients can get impression on accommodation. As your booking was made month before arrival and it is period of high season, available hotels were limited, we didn't have any available hotel closer to the center and we actually did book you in hotel that is published as optional. We will definitely take your comment in consideration and try to look for more hotels on better location for our future guests. Kindest regards from Gulliver travel!

The company was very responsive prior to booking the tour; they responded quickly to my to my questions about the tour promptly via their emails. My sister left her phone in the van on the way to another city; the tour company went out of their way to return it to her, which I thought was really great. The tour guides we had in both cities were very thorough, informative, and pleasant. We arrived an hour late in Dubrovnik, and had to find a cab ourselves as the tour company wasn't there to pick us up. I had emailed the tour contact to let her know that our plane was coming in late- I thought as a matter of course they would check the flight times, especially since this is something that can change frequently , but they didn't. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars.Show more

They were a wealth of information and surprised with some fun facts. Included transfers were great and on time. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
