We are a small group touring company and we use mini coach's and our tours are a maximum of 18 passengers per departure. Our tours have a driver and tour leader that take you on the tour but this is a set itinerary from our catalogue. We unfortunately do not do customer itinerary's.

Each of our guests may bring one piece of main luggage of a standard size of no more than 158cm (when the length, width and height is added together) and weighing no more than 20kg. You may also bring one small carry-on bag (backpack or similar) per person. If you have more luggage, please make arrangements to store it prior to joining the tour. We are unable to carry extra luggage on the mini-coach.

do you get to see St Davids Cathedral on the 8 day tour

This tour will visit St David's Bishops Palace (on day 7) but does not visit the St Davids Cathedral.

When can I expect to receive my travel documents?

Travel documents are sent when all required information is confirmed, typically close to the tour start date.

What type transportation is used on 8 day wonders of wales. How many and what type luggage are allowed. How are tips handled? Are you crammed into small mini buses? On this tour are you on your own to get tickets to historic sites, such as Conwy Castle, etc. Do you run tour in Sept/Oct 2025.

The transportation is in a mini coach that holds 18 passengers plus the driver and tour leader. The mini-coach is the Mercedes Sprinter. Each of our guests may bring one piece of main luggage of a standard size of no more than 158cm (when the length, width and height is added together) and weighing no more than 20kg. You may also bring one small carry-on bag per person. Gratuities are not included in your tour price. Tipping is entirely optional and at your discretion, although it's common practice throughout Europe. If you feel you've received exceptional service, we suggest a tip of £4/€5 per person, per day for Tour Leaders and £3/€4 per person, per day for Drivers. Regarding inclusions on the tour, some extras are included and some aren't. I would look on our website for this particular tour and view what is included in the tour. If it is not mentioned, then it is not included as part of the tour price.

The only complaint I have is that I didn't receive solid paperwork prior to the trip. I kept being told that we were meeting at the Parkgate at 6, so we thought it was a meeting only. It turned out that not only was it a meeting, but dinner and staying over that night. I have never done a trip like this before, so was not at all clear about what to expect. Thankfully, the concierge at the hotel told us we were booked for the night of May 17 with the tour group, which finally helped us understand what to expect.Show more
