  We, 4 travelers, had a very bad experience with the tour. 1) We didn't camp in White Desert, but we camped in Black Desert instead. The original plan was changed without our consent. We paid total $675.23 and didn't see the White Desert. 2) During the tour, a car got an accident by carelessly driving. The car’s front bumper got knocked off and the left-front tire was broken. Therefore, they replaced their car's tire with our car’s spare tire. And after that our car had to accompany the damaged car all the time in case something happened to them again. We fully understood that the damaged car could be in danger if it ran alone. But we were the victim. We had to go back to Black Desert and camped there. That's why we didn't see White Desert. 3) When we booked the tour, we selected the option of a large tent for 4 people and paid for it. But after we got to the Black Desert camping area, we were provided with two very small tents without any other options.Show more

Regarding the car accident, we want to assure you that safety is always our top priority. It is a standard safety measure to have at least two cars traveling together in the desert. This is essential in case of unexpected situations, such as a breakdown or an accident. If, God forbid, your car had been the one experiencing issues, having another vehicle nearby would have been crucial for support and assistance. As for camping in the White Desert, please note that we are obligated to follow governmental regulations and preservation laws. The White Desert is a protected national park, and the authorities strictly regulate camping within it. While some groups may receive approval to camp there on a given night, others may not, depending on police instructions at the checkpoints you may have encountered during your trip. These decisions are beyond our control and are made to preserve the natural environment and ensure travelers' safety. Regarding the tent arrangements, we have reviewed the correspondence between you and our representative and did not find any specific request for a large tent. Had we been informed in advance, we would have gladly arranged for one to accommodate your group. In fact, the quad tent (or any tent large enough to accommodate four people) actually costs less than arranging two separate twin tents. Additionally, if you had contacted us during the tour, we would have done our best to resolve any issues promptly and ensure your comfort. Despite the fact that no fault was found on our side, we still went ahead and refunded 10% of the total cost as a gesture of goodwill, in recognition of your discomfort. However, it seems that even this measure did not meet your expectations. We are always striving to enhance our services and sincerely appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue improving.

  Good tour, 4x4 driver was well prepared with basic needs for a night in the desert. Just don't waste valuable time in the hotel (lunch stop). There is a lot to see in Black and White desert, we ended up rushing to arrive at our camping spot by sunset.Show more
