Itinerary
- Day 1
Palermo
You'll arrive in Palermo and transfer to your hotel to get settled after traveling. The day is pretty open so you can either rest and acclimate, or step out and start getting a feel for the city if you're up for it. Private airport transfer is available if you'd like to arrange it ahead of time.

Palermo
After breakfast at the hotel, you'll head out to Monreale to see the Arab-Norman Cathedral and its cloister, then come back to Palermo for the afternoon. You'll check out the Cathedral, the Byzantine Church of the Martorana, and the Palatine Chapel around the city. Stop by a local bakery to try some authentic Sicilian pastries and treats before heading back to rest at your hotel.

Catania
Starting with breakfast, you'll travel to the medieval village of Cefalu to see its Norman Cathedral and walk through the historic streets. From there, continue to Catania to explore the baroque architecture and the UNESCO-listed old town, including the fish market and Piazza del Duomo with its Cathedral and iconic lava stone Elephant. Grab a granita with brioche at a local bar, a real Sicilian specialty, then settle into your hotel for the night.

- Day 4
Taormina - Catania
After breakfast, visit a local fishmonger to see the busy market in action. Head to Mount Etna, Europe's highest active volcano, where you'll explore Rifugio Sapienza and the Crateri Silvestri volcanic cones with views across the landscape. Stop at a beekeeping farm to watch how honey is made and sample local honey products. Later, drive to Taormina to see the Greco-Roman theatre overlooking Naxos Bay and Mount Etna, plus the Riviera dei Ciclopi coastline before returning to Catania for the night.

Lipari
You'll have breakfast at your hotel, then the morning is free to explore Catania on your own without a guide. Late morning, a private transfer takes you to Milazzo port where you'll board a hydrofoil to Lipari. After arriving and transferring to your hotel, the afternoon is yours to relax or explore around. Dinner is included at your accommodation for the night.

Salina - Lipari
Breakfast at the hotel, then you'll depart from Lipari Castle to explore Monte Rosa and Canneto. Visit Santa Marina di Salina, the main town on the island, then head east to see the Malvasia vineyards, Capo Faro village, and Malfa. You'll swim at Pollara Bay, then come back to explore Lipari's caves and have one more swim at Vinci Beach with views of the Faraglioni rock formations. Return to Lipari for dinner and overnight.

You'll leave Lipari port early for a full-day boat excursion heading to Panarea and Stromboli. In Panarea, explore the Cave of Lovers and the prehistoric village of Capo Milazzese. Grab lunch on your own with local specialties, then continue by boat to Stromboli to check out the surrounding islands and the village of Ginostra. After time exploring, head back to Lipari for dinner and overnight.
