On 26th June 2022 we will run the tour in German language. From Airport Bucharest and return we have 4 shuttle-buses (with fix departure times) and the cost is EUR 45 / person / one way. The guide is will speak English with you, BUT some of the guiding parts he will not be able (because of time) to translate in English.

The trip was varied, very well organized, and offered us many fascinating insights into the country’s history, culture, and beauty. The Romanian portion of the tour was very good, except the fact we did not get to go into Peles Castle as it was closed on the day we were there. Daniel was an excellent driver and a very knowledgeable tour guide. He added so much to our trip and we feel like we really came away with a great knowledge of Romania & Transylvania. The Bulgarian portion of the trip seems like it was not well planed out in advance as there was not a Bulgarian driver/guide for us. So this portion of the trip was not as culturally rich as the Romanian portion. There was no local guide to meet us in Ruse and no guide at the Ivanovo Rock Churches. The local guide in Veliko-Taverno was very kind but extremely hard to understand. The local guides in Plovdiv & Sophia for walking tours were very good. There was no local guide at the Rila Monestery. For Bulgaria, we had a very skillful and kind Romanian driver, Alex. It was his first trip ever into Bulgaria & he did not speak the language or have any knowledge of the country & its history. But he was very personable and we enjoyed his company on the many hours of driving through the mountains and the countryside and at meals. He was very nice to us and we appreciated his efforts immensely.Show more

  80% of the route is on asphalt and 20% of the trail on roads without asphalt.
  If you want more trails without asphalt, we can update some portion for you and to make like 30% - 35% of the road without asphalt.
  
  Included in the price are normal trekking bikes or MTBs
  E-bikes we have available and the supplement for this is EUR 300 / person / tour
  
  Other optional services that we can provide are also:
  • EUR 70.00 / person - supplement for 6 x packed lunches
  • EUR 65.00 / person - supplement for bear watching in the Bra\u0219ov area
  
  If you want to be just you 2 or 3 persons on the tour and to have like a private tour, we can organize this too. For this is an supplement of EUR 400.00 / person to be paid.
