We're excited to share that our groups enjoy a wonderful mix of travellers. The largest age groups typically range from 20-35 and 50-65+. This diversity adds to the richness of our adventures, making each experience unique and engaging.

Can you let me know how many travellers are booked for this tour, their age groups and is it singles / couples or families?

We have a total of 7 passengers for the 19th of April the majority are middle-aged (40s-60s) with a few younger travelers. A mix of couples, friends, and solo travelers sharing rooms. One family booking but no large family groups, primarily pairs or individuals.

Are vaccinations required for Canadians?

We advise checking the embassy website for any vaccination requirements for Canadians traveling to Vietnam as we aren't authorities on health matters.

If this tour doesn't have enough people booking it could it be cancelled leaving me with no tour? Will guide offer the extra excursions while on tour or do I book ahead and if so what form of payment is req'd (cash, cc...?)

We did the 9 day tour with Travel Talk. The tour guide was excellent and so was the itinerary. The tour operator not so much. They didn't detail how much the excursions were going to cost, nor that they weren't included in the up front price. Using previous tour groups the excursions were included in the price, not with Travel Talk. Also, they wouldn't accept credit cards so we incurred ATM fees to withdraw cash to pay for tours that were extra of the scheduled tours. The first hotel they booked us in, in Hanoi, I couldn't stand up to take a shower. The ceiling of the shower was too low. If you are over 5'9'' you will have to squat to take a shower. The last hotel they booked us in, in Saigon, was too small to have a place for our suitcase. We had to slide it under the desk and then slide it out when we needed to get clothes out. Would not recommend Travel Talk Tours.Show more

Tour was well organised and while a smaller group than my previous travel talks we all got on well and had a great time. Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 19th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 19th, 2026, a minimum payment of $150 is required to confirm your booking with Travel Talk. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Travel Talk will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
