7th of march is just an arrival day, and you will meet the tour director around 6pm for a welcome dinner with the other travelling companions.

We do not arrange flights. You will be responsible for arranging your flights independently.

Do you off accommodations for solo travelers? If so what would the upcharge be? Also, do you offer transportation to and from the airport?

The Single Supplement will be an additional $350 USD. We can arrange arrival and departure transfers to your booking at the rate of $55 USD per transfer.

How large can we expect the group to be 8-40 is a big range. We do not want to be in a group over 20...

Participation varies as groups can be as large as 48 people. We do offer small group departures which would consist of a max of 28 people. The closest small group departure to your inquiring date would be February 25 2026.

This tour was included in a Black Friday Sale that ran from November 29, 2023 until January 3, 2024. The tour needed to be booked and deposited during that time in order for that promotion to be applied.

Can you tell me more about the airport transfer?

We can provide transfers to and from the airport at the rate of $55 per person per transfer. Once you have booked your tour, your Travel Packet will include instructions on getting to the area to meet your transportation.

Do the buses or motor coaches have toilets on board?

Our motor coaches do have restrooms on board for emergency use only. We have stops included in the itinerary for stops to allow for bathroom, snacks and to stretch your legs.

We finalize tour arrangements approximately 30 days prior to departure and the hotel list is confirmed at that time.
