So ive given the review an Ok as there were issues with the tour. We paid 11 months in advance and their were no issues financially. Our issues were the lack of communication before and during the tour. A couple of months out we wanted to know in what accomodation we were staying. We were given 20 whats apps of hotels and locations. Two weeks out these were changed completely with a new list. On tour these changed every single day so we did not know where we were stopping. Some were a few km out of the city like Kandy for example which meant our evenings were stuck in the accomodation. Our driver Sampath and guide was superb. We cannot recommend him and thank him enough. With hindsight there were too many temples (our fault) and the guides were excessive and way too demanding with their tips. Would i use Payless tours again? Probably not.Show more

Our driver Daniele was really friendly and knew how to show us the places in the best possible way. We had our schedule full of different attractions and never felt bored or resigned. An incredible and beautiful tour of Sri Lanka that gave us a deep insight in Sri Lankan culture, cuisine. We saw both seaside part if the island and mountains combined with trekking to the end of the world. We love nature, architecture of the temples and tea plantations. It is amazing how much you can find in one place ! Paylesstoursindia provided us with an astonishing driver with great English, enthusiasm and wonderful driving skills. Hotels were everywhere very nice and clean, some of them had a swimming pool. We're extremely satisfied with this tour.Show more

Thanks to Paylesstoursindia we had a perfect opportunity to see all the most beautiful places , had some leisure time to relax and do some additional activities. Our personal drive showed us extra places and was always at our service. We couldn’t have wished for a better experience; Pradeep was kind, professional, and full of knowledge. From the airport pickup, to final goodbyes, Pradeep acted as not only our driver but as a knowledgeable host for first time visitors in Sri Lanka like ourselves. We would like to thank you for making our holiday a fantastic experience in Sri Lanka. Our driver Sarath was very professional and spoke very good English. All the hotels were well selected with great ambience and greenery around that made us feel really exotic in some places. The train to Ella was first class! we had seats in the front row with a beautiful panoramic view. We ate our meals in wonderful restaurants or resort with large buffet selection and we didn't pay much. We had an opportunity to be national parks, see UNESCO treasures, tea plantation and packing/sorting factory, went mountain climbing, had an ocean picnic, went boating.
