  I recently had the pleasure of joining the Holi Festival Tour organized by [Travel Company Name], and I can honestly say it was one of the most vibrant, joyful, and culturally immersive experiences of my life. From the very beginning, the tour was exceptionally well-organized. The itinerary was thoughtfully curated, blending the colorful chaos of Holi celebrations with cultural exploration and local insights. We visited stunning heritage sites, sampled authentic Indian cuisine, and participated in traditional music and dance activities that helped us better understand the spirit of the festival. The highlight, of course, was the Holi celebration itself. Dressed in white and armed with organic colors, we joined locals in an explosion of color, music, and laughter. It was heartwarming to see how welcoming everyone was—sharing sweets, dancing together, and celebrating with pure joy. Very much happy and satisfied with all services of hotels, resorts and professional English speaking guide who are truly incredible.   Booking & pre-tour: Very good. Booking process was easy. Both Tour radar and Amazing India (tour provider) were easily available to answer any questions and I asked if there was anyone to share with to save paying single supplement- this was approved (so worth asking!!) Tour itself: Tour itself was ok. Hotels were all great. Very good standard/quality considering I'd only paid for 3*. Breakfasts at hotel were all average. (not amazing but certainly good enough to live off - toast was always available at the very least). The tour although it stuck to itinerary for most of it (some sightseeing was changed without being told- only when I asked if we were going somewhere was I told it had changed). However when the itinerary states "free time for your leisure" this literally means sit in your hotel room and do nothing as the hotels weren't located very well for attractions (restaurants/bars/shops/cinema etc) and had nothing at the hotel to keep you occupied. We had drivers but it was always very difficult/a hassle to get them to take us anywhere that wasn't on the itinerary. The tour was in several separate cars and not a mini bus (personally would prefer a minibus as you get to share the experience with others). It also felt like several cars/drivers/guides were used so we would tip more people. *Note they expect you to tip almost everyone!!! This lead to a very uncoordinated tour as there were several people in different places at different times and it was often the case that drivers didn't know where they were going etc so you could say the tour didn't run smoothly (but we are in India!) The Holi celebration was incredible. We all (together) had a truly fantastic day - by far the best day of the tour as the majority ran smoothly, we were all together and everyone had fun. Easy! All of the above feedback has been discussed with the tour operator and they said they will work towards improving the tour based on the above and my suggestions of : minibus, better located hotels etcShow more

We are quiet surprise that everyone (Vernnie, Ngyuen, Nicole Worth, Donald, Sarah etc) was extremely happy with services of Amazing India Tours like hotels, tour guide, drivers as you can see their feedback We are happy that you liked the hotels and tour. However, the Itinerary which we shared with you all places has been covered up and we shown you places extras than the itinerary without taking any additional charges and everyone appreciated about our company. Hotels location was in city center in every city that which have been rated excellent by our past travellers and everyone in the group liked the hotel and rated it excellent. We always provide some leisure time so that travellers can have some rest while travelling or they can do own activities if they have in mind. We provided you separate cars instead of Mini bus just keeping in mind about health safety of everyone in the group although India government was not allowing any group gathering due worldwide pandemic COVID 19 as it is spreading from Human to Human. It was very much cleared and briefing given to you that you can tip your driver and guide who provided their services to you only and everyone in group the did the same thing with own driver and guide. All the activities and sightseeing were scheduled as per the suitable timing of all the group members moreover Amazing India Tours Manager was also on the tour and were coordinating with all the other members of the group so it was very well coordinated tour. The moment you shared your feedback with us our tour manager checked with others members of the group they said they were highly enjoying the tour and happy with all the services of Amazing India Tours' guide, drivers, accommodations, transportation.
