I had to ask every time which hotel I was coming to and what was planned for the next few days. There was no contact person on site and communication only took place via WhatsApp (only in English). The hotels were mostly unreasonable and I often had to complain about this or even have to look for a new hotel. At the hotels I booked, nobody knew about my arrival and I was always told something different (that I was only staying there for one day, although I was supposed to stay for several days). It was a disaster and far too overpriced! They were substandard hotels. I canceled the tour a few days before the end. On top of that, I booked a German tour but only had a German-speaking guide for 2.5 days. The additional fee I paid for a German-speaking guide was far too high. I'm still waiting in vain for a refund of the cancellation (I received confirmation of a refund, but I haven't received it yet). I had no vacation! From what I gather, the tour start date refers to the day I arrive in Thailand, meaning I need to account for the flight duration when booking my ticket. So, if I select 11th March as the start date, this is the date I should land in Thailand and meet your representative for the hotel transfer. Could you please confirm if that's correct? Additionally, I've had a disappointing experience with a group tour in the past, where I expected to be part of a group of around 10 people, but upon arrival, I found myself alone with a driver who wasn't even a dedicated tour guide. This significantly impacted the experience. To avoid a similar situation, could you confirm whether there will be at least 6-8 other participants (excluding me) on the tour for the selected date?

For the last three days at the beach we prefer a more luxurious hotel. In general, we like to see pagodas, but not too much. Interested in seeing landscapes, people, culture, customs, if there are ceremonies or celebrations during the period, I would be happy to coordinate the times.
