It was fine. The hotel wasn’t the best at all. But the tour, tour guides and drivers were great.

However, due to the circumstances, our options were constrained. To compensate for any inconvenience, we went the extra mile by offering a complimentary gala dinner on New Year's Eve, which wasn't initially included in your package. We always aim to enhance our guests' experiences, and your feedback is invaluable to us as we strive to improve our services.
