For the 8 January 2026 departure, there are currently 3 spaces available, however the booking is on request and not instantly confirmed. Not understanding the difference between 35 and 48 years old. We have done about 10 trips that are similar to this but for some reason their an an age restriction? Can you explain what that is for? We are looking for an exception.

These tours are curated for travellers within a similar life stage and typically have a faster pace, shared accommodation styles, and a strong social focus that's tailored to that age range. Our adventures do not include the cost of international airfare, which allows our travellers to join the trip from their desired location. We have a place to search flight prices and book your flights. You will need to book your own flights to the starting city of your adventure.

We are going to be spending 7 days in northern Thailand then want to spend up to 9 days in the south of Thailand... snorkeling, hiking, kayaking. The trips Essential Thailand trips that appear most interesting say ages 18-35 (we are older than that). Do you have anything similar that is not so restricted in age range? We prefer, for example, Samai snorkeling to Phuket which seems very busy.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 15th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 15th, 2026, a minimum payment of $400 is required to confirm your booking with Intrepid Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
