This tour was overpriced and extremely underwhelming. I was repeatedly assured that it was disability friendly and...
This tour was overpriced and extremely underwhelming. I was repeatedly assured that it was disability friendly and self paced however my guides rushed me and took very little consideration to the fact I had an injury. Would not recommend this tour if you even have a minor injury. It was overall a very disappointing experience. A few of the guides on this trip were very culturally insensitive and got to the point of almost harassing me over the fact that I was a solo traveller without a husband or boyfriend. I even had one guide walk me up to security guards at a monument to see if they were single and would be interested in me. Extremely inappropriate as were a lot of the comments I received from the guides about my body. If you are a solo female traveller do not book with this company. The Driver OM was amazing and he looked after me and really catered to my every need and want. And Ravi the tour guide who took my to Taj Mahal was a 10/10 guide, best I’ve ever had. It was a shame that the other guides were uncaring and really just helping the locals take advantage of the young single white tourist.Show more

Hi Claire, We would like to apologies for your negative experience with our company, We’re sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations. It was an uncommon instance and we’ll do better. Some things are not always our hands like we hire good tour guide at each cities but one of them not match your travel conditions then it make you disappointed and hotels are included in tour we clearly mentioned the names of hotels with category 3 star as per Indian standard. Other services like Camel Ride and transportation we deliver as per agreed. Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 29th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 29th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Sunil day tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Sunil day tours will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Sunil day tours" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
Cancellation Policy
- Your money is safe with TourRadar, as we only pay the tour operator after your tour has departed.
