Itinerary
- Day 1
Fruška Gora - Novi Sad
Your guide picks you up at your arrival point and you'll head out to Fruška Gora mountain in the Vojvodina region. From there, you'll walk through the 16th-century Krušedol Monastery and check out the town of Sremski Karlovci before heading to Petrovaradin Fortress. Around lunch time, you'll stop at a small wine cellar for food and wine pairing. After that, it's on to Hotel Centar in Novi Sad for the night, where you'll have free time to wander around the city.

- Day 2
Topola - Šumadija Wine Region
You'll travel to Topola in the Šumadija region, where the modern Serbian state started back in 1804. At Oplenac Hill, you'll see the Royal Mausoleum, which holds 27 members of the royal family. The day includes stops at three wineries: King's Winery from the 1930s, Aleksandrović winery, and a small boutique operation where you'll have lunch with expert wine pairings. You'll stay overnight at Winery Aleksandrović's guesthouse.

Zlatibor Mountain
After a Šumadian breakfast with views of the vineyards, you'll head to Zlatibor Mountain in West Serbia. You'll ride the Gold Gondola, which is the longest panoramic gondola in the world. Later, you'll walk through Stopića Cave and visit the Old Village, an ethnological open-air museum in Sirogojno where lunch happens. Before heading to Pečinar guesthouse for the night, you'll stop by Gostilje Waterfall.

- Day 4
Mokra Gora - Višegrad - Drvengrad
This morning after breakfast, you'll head to Mokra Gora to ride the Sargan Eight Train, one of Europe's most attractive narrow-track railways. From there, you'll cross into Bosnia to see Višegrad and its famous 16th-century bridge over the Drina River. A boat ride on the river comes next, followed by lunch of ćevapi at a local tavern. You'll return to Mokra Gora and stay at Hotel Mećavnik in Drvengrad-Mećavnik, an ethnic village created by film director Emir Kusturica.

Golija Mountain - Studenica - Žiča Monasteries - Belgrade
You'll leave Mokra Gora and drive over scenic Golija Mountain to reach Studenica Monastery from the 12th century, a UNESCO site known as the most beautiful Serbian monastery. In the Valley of Kings along the Ibar River, you'll have lunch at a family-run local tavern with 200 years of history. Next, you'll visit the 13th-century Žiča Monastery to learn about its unique purpose and distinct appearance. You'll arrive in Belgrade in the evening and stay at Hotel City Savoy for two nights.

- Day 6
Belgrade
Your Belgrade day starts with the iconic Belgrade Fortress. You'll then head to the posh Dedinje neighborhood and see the House of Flowers, the tomb of former Yugoslav president Tito. The St. Sava Church comes next, the largest Orthodox Church in the Balkans and dedicated to a 12th-century saint who brought autonomy to the Serbian Orthodox Church in the 13th century. After lunch at a restaurant serving modern Serbian cuisine, you'll cross the river to Zemun, the historic part of the city that was separate until 1934. You'll explore the Danube promenade and Gardoš Hill, then have free time to see more of Belgrade.
