Itinerary
- Day 1
Airport/Station to Bor Lake
After arriving at the airport, bus, or train station, you'll get picked up and head straight into exploring the Danube region. Start at Golubac Fortress, a medieval stronghold sitting right where the Danube transitions from its widest section into a narrow gorge. From there you'll check out Lepenski Vir, a prehistoric settlement from around 8000 BC positioned on the riverbank. Grab lunch at a local eco-village, then spend time walking through the Mali and Veliki Kazan Ravines where you can see dramatic gorge views and the carved sculpture of Dacian King Decebalus. Wrap up the day relaxing at Hotel Jezero on the shores of Bor Lake.

- Day 2
Bor Lake to Topola
After breakfast you'll head to Felix Romuliana, a UNESCO-listed Roman palace built by Emperor Galerius in the 4th century. Next comes the 14th-century Ravanica Monastery, which holds significant meaning for Serbian national identity. There's a stop at Veliki Buk Waterfall surrounded by nature, and if you want to, you can swim in the mountain spring water before having lunch at the restaurant nearby. Later you'll visit the 15th-century Manasija Monastery to learn about Serbian medieval rulers and the title of Despot. By evening you'll arrive in the wine region of Šumadija and check in at Winery Aleksandrović's guesthouse in the village of Vinča.

- Day 3
Topola to Belgrade
This morning starts with a traditional Šumadian breakfast on a vineyard terrace. You'll explore Topola and climb Oplenac Hill to see the Royal Mausoleum, which features intricate mosaics made from 40 million glass pieces. After that you'll tour the King's Winery from the 1930s and return to Aleksandrović Winery for a wine tasting. Lunch comes with expertly paired wines at a small winery run by a sommelier and winemaker. Then you'll leave the wine region and travel to Belgrade, checking in at Hotel City Savoy in the city center. The rest of the afternoon is free for you to explore on your own.

Belgrade
On your final day you'll see Belgrade's most iconic landmarks. Start at Belgrade Fortress, the city's most recognizable spot. Head to the House of Flowers in the upscale Dedinje neighborhood, where former Yugoslav President Tito is entombed, and learn about his legacy. Next is St. Sava Church, the Balkans' largest Orthodox church, dedicated to the saint who brought autonomy to the Serbian Orthodox Church. After lunch at a local restaurant serving modern takes on traditional food, you'll cross the river to Zemun, the historic section of the city. Spend time walking the Danube promenade or climbing Gardoš Hill where local cafes and views await. Your tour concludes with drop-off at your chosen location.
