The scenic wonders were beautiful. We enjoyed seeing the splendid painted churches in Bucovina and the lovely forested countryside. Unfortunately we had a less than pleasant experience with with the arrogant and rude young driver who we had to reprimand for texting constantly whilst speeding recklessly well over the speed limit and not using his seatbelt properly ! An unbelievable hair raising trip. We did not appreciate also the last minute change to our tour itineray which resulted in another heated argument with the driver. For full transparency, we would also like to clarify a few important points for you and for future travelers: 1.From the very beginning, your booking was upgraded at no extra cost — from 3-star to 4-star hotels throughout the itinerary — and a private tour was provided for the same price as a regular group departure. 2.Your guide kindly offered you a complimentary visit to the Egg Museum, which was not part of the official program. 3.The written itinerary you referred to was in fact from another operator’s tour. As we explained and demonstrated, our program did not include Bran Castle nor the schedule presented in that document. Even so, your driver made every effort to take you to Bran, despite it not being included. 4. Regarding your concern about driving: please note that your driver is a highly experienced professional with many years on the road and he did not exceed safe speed limits. We nevertheless regret if at times his driving style felt uncomfortable. As a company, we take such feedback very seriously and continuously monitor our team to ensure the highest standards of safety and passenger comfort. 5.On the evening of your birthday, you generously invited the guide to join you for dinner. In European custom, an invitation implies that the invited guest is not expected to pay. The next day, when you asked him to cover his share, the guide immediately reimbursed you in order to avoid any misunderstanding. We truly value your input, as it helps us refine our services and guarantee that our guests not only enjoy Romania’s extraordinary heritage and landscapes, but also feel fully comfortable throughout their journey. For tours departing after May 21st, 2026, a minimum payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking with Business Trans Protocol. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 35 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
