- Jason· April 18th, 2024For those with limited time this is a good and varied introductory trek with 3 full days walking, starting from and ending in Kathmandu. It is also very quiet - very few other trekkers. Hotels are surprisingly good. I did this trek in mid-April, visibility was quite poor, and now most trekking trails on Day 3 have been made into roads, this is of course neither the guide or the Tour Operator's fault, I highly recommend Mountain Rock and will be coming back to do another trek with them. Dipak offers great and speedy service in the planning process and takes great care of everything.Show more

We got to see all the highlights provided between Lukla and Tengboche including Everest view hotel, Everest museum, and the Sherpa museum. Outstanding for and great people throughout. Mountain Rock Treks And ExpeditionOperator•Written June 2025Yes, we can absolutely arrange a single room for you throughout the trek. Please note that there is a single supplement charge to cover the additional costs of single occupancy in lodges and hotels along the route. The supplemental charge for a single room is USD $75 additional, which includes private accommodation in Kathmandu as well as the best possible options during the tour where single rooms are available. Total cost will be 298+50=$348.
