Is there specific entry requirements (incl with respect to covid vaccination)? 3. we intend to arrive in Bangkok on Dec 17th. Noting the tour to commence on Dec 18th, would you be able to arrange alternative pick up point (i.e. not from airport, from hotel where we stay instead if you can let us know the area best to book the 1-night accomodation)? 4. kindly confirm that all internal transport & flights are included in the price. 5. noting Dec 18th is still far away, will it be too early to book now or whether you can firm up now that it will go ahead?

      1. All countries in Indochina now opening and not require any document for travel (Just PP, Issurance for travel)
      2. We all arrange the airport pick up and drop off upon your arrival
      3. Confirm that all internal transport & domestic flights are included. But International flight: Chiang Mai – Luang Prabang and Luang Prabang – Hanoi not included(please check again). there will be surcharge 290USD/person for that
      4. 18 Dec is only 3-4 month but very peak season. I think not early before airfare going up or fully booked

  • Visa
    • Unfortunately we cannot offer you a visa application service. Whether you need a visa or not depends on your nationality and where you wish to travel. Assuming your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you're planning to visit, you will need to apply for a visa in advance of your scheduled departure.

  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before April 30th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after April 30th, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Bravo Indochina Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Bravo Indochina Tours will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
    • The following cards are accepted for "Bravo Indochina Tours" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
