  As your tour operator, we'll handle the visa application on your behalf. All we need is a scanned copy of your passport (valid for at least 6 months from your travel date). Once your tour is booked and payment is made, we submit your visa application to the Tourism Council of Bhutan. The visa approval usually takes around 5–7 working days. Once approved, we'll send you a copy of the visa clearance letter, which you'll need to show at the airport before boarding your flight to Bhutan.

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
