We just returned from a Taste of Vietnam tour with our three grandchildren aged 15&1/2, 13, and 12. Our private tour which included Hanoi, Halong Bay, Hoi An, and Hon Chi Min City was organized by Vicky who really went out of her way to meet our requirements which included interconnecting hotel rooms and even called us halfway through to check all was going well. Interconnecting rooms did mean 5 stars but the overalls price was such good value for money. Hotel Nikko Saigon was amazing!!! Activities to interest three teens were much appreciated and the included lunches were an experience in themselves. Our guides and drivers in the north and center were fantastic - fun and could not have been more accommodating so a big thumbs up to Quyen and Lien. Our trip was absolutely amazing. Toni was my Bravo Indochina advisor and was efficient and planned us the best, most organized trip. We flew to Ho Chi Min and arrived late at night. Hoa our guide waited hours for us. We couldn’t find him so we took a cab to our hotel. The hotel called him at 2am and he was still at the airport waiting for us and very worried. The next morning we met, he reimbursed us for the cab and kept apologizing. I had to finally say “it was my fault, which it was” let’s move on. I immediately loved Hoa, his English was excellent, his historical knowledge brilliant and his attention to details amazing. We had our own van driver and tour guide, no groups. We did all the typical tours of Saigon and ended our evening with a water puppet show. I loved the show which was in Vietnamese but easy to get the story. The musicians used authentic instruments and sang very well. We did not want to go to the war museum and that request was well respected. It was The Chinese New Year and the streets were packed. It was very exciting. The next day we ate a beautiful huge breakfast and flew to Na Thrang a beach resort. Our hotel was amazing the Rosaka. Our guide was fine although his English was nothing like Hoa’s. We loved the beach and ate lunch there at the Sail club. The next day a new guide showed up who was a trained English teacher. He was lovely. We took a cooking class at the Lantern Restaurant but First was taken to the market. The gal that took us was Ngy and I loved her energy, her information and her happy nature. We returned to the restaurant to a very lovely cook and then ate what we made. I HIGHLY recommend this. The next day we went to the Aquarium then out on an authentic boat with our guide to snorkel. That was wonderful but our seafood lunch and resort was even more amazing. We followed with our request to visit a Hindu temple as I so enjoy the religions of the world. We were completely exhausted, got a massage at our hotel for 30.00 USA and went to bed. The next day we were taken to our guides home in the country to ride bikes, visit the Buda temple and see the rice fields. Our guides wife made coconut candy and lovely tea before we went on our bikes then we ended at a large estate which was made into a restaurant. Ate a fabulous lunch and sat at a lovely pool to relax. We caught our plane back to Saigon where the next am we left for a cruise on the Mekong Delta. Fabulous. The ride down was long but it was worth the trip. We were then joined by 14 other passengers which we enjoyed very much. Food was great, guides Amy and Sunny were excellent and side trips fabulous. Hoa was our guide taking us to our plane to return. Payment information
- For any tour departing before July 3rd, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 3rd, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Bravo Indochina Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Bravo Indochina Tours will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Bravo Indochina Tours" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
Cancellation Policy
- Your money is safe with TourRadar, as we only pay the tour operator after your tour has departed.
