I was wondering about Day 1 of this itinerary. I'm trying to plan my flight, and one of the flights come in at 2320 on February 1. Is it okay for us to come in that late for Day 1 on February 1st and get to the hotel ourselves, or would it be better for us to meet with the group and have Day 1 on February 2nd?

On Day 1, if your flight arrives late, you can take a taxi to the hotel by yourself for more convenience. We will deduct the airport transfer fee for you. February is the peak season, so if you plan to travel, it's best to book early to avoid price increases.

Is it possible to do this tour as a solo traveler?

Our tours depart from a minimum of 2 participants. If you travel alone, the price will be quite high, and you may not be able to join. If you have at least one more person to go with you, the cost will be much better than traveling alone.

The tour was amazing visiting the various places we were taken too. The guides we had were good, knowledgeable but the hotels were a bit hit and miss. It was good to have your own designated driver with your guide to get to places and be picked up. The only aspect which was a bit disappointing on the Itinerary received it said the Domestic Flights were included, that was one of the reasons I went for it. We knew we had to buy the International flights but apparently it was an error their end and shouldn’t off been included. Overall, it’s a great tour if you don’t want to plan independently.Show more

Firstly, I want to express gratitude to the operator who was always helpful with her consistent assistance. It was enjoyable to experience 3-day trek across the northern region if Sapa and eat the beautiful food provided for breakfast, lunch and dinner. However, the reason I gave 3 starts is because there are some areas a for improvement: providing a detailed daily schedule so the customer does not need to ask the operator for important information, adjusting activities based on the season, and enhancing guides' English proficiency so as a customer you can get a better insight of the extraordinary uniqueness of the region and their people. Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 14th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 14th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Nhat Long Travel Company. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
