Our older son had a birthday during the trip and the cake in our hotel in Hanoi was a nice surprise. Our favorite part was Ba Vi tour, it was very educational and had a perfect balance of activities. Our first two hotels were terrible. We "upgraded" to four star. In Ho CHi Minh city our hotel was right behind a construction site that worked 24-7! None of us slept. The second hotel in Hoi An had a rooster next door to the hotel that "Cocka doodle dooed" from midnight through to 8 am each morning. Again we did not sleep. The third part of our trip in Hanoi all of our tours were changed. A 7 hour bus ride with a 7 year old is NOT FUN. I would like a reimbursement for part of our trip. I firmly believe that these are beyond our capabilities. You wouldn’t believe that I was updated all news about closure every 10 minutes, I have to follow the law and try to find alternative option for you. I hope you could understand that to inform changing itinerary is not easy for me as I understand that you have 7 year olds child. I have upgraded your hotel to 4 star hotel and hope that you could enjoy better, unfortunately your room falls on the next construction. If only you could tell me about the room at that time, I am sure that I will change the room immediately and probably you had a deeper sleep. I believed the other hotels in the trip were better then. Please help me to keep all good memories of this trip as a life-time trip as you might not meet any pandemic like this in your life. Assuming your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you're planning to visit, you will need to apply for a visa in advance of your scheduled departure.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 10th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 10th, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Realistic Asia. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 35 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Realistic Asia will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Realistic Asia" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
Cancellation Policy
- Your money is safe with TourRadar, as we only pay the tour operator after your tour has departed.
- TourRadar is an authorized Agent of Realistic Asia. Please familiarize yourself with the Realistic Asia payment, cancellation and refund conditions.
