  This9 days tour are required a lot of walking? I have a friend who has heart surgery last year, he cannot walk too fast. Can he join this tour?

    This tour will require considerable amount of activity, and you may need to climb up full flights of steps, navigate uneven terrain, or stand for prolonged periods of time. If your travel companion will need a walker or wheelchair, they can bring that medical device to assist with mobility.

    We do not allow motorized/electric scooters on any of our tours outside the United States. If you have a wheelchair, you can use that while on tour. We will gather all of the needed information once you are booked and deposited on the tour. We can submit a request for Vegetarian meals, however we suggest discussing your meal options with the Tour Director while on tour.

  Is paragliding in interlaken included in your tour package? What is your cancellation policy? And can the tour date can be changed?

    Paragliding is not included in this itinerary and would be something you would need to arrange independently. The tour can only be changed without penalty if the booking is outside of 180 days of travel. Tours changed within 180 days of travel will forfeit their deposit. Cancellation fees are calculated based on the days prior to travel: Final Payment Date 30 days: 50% penalty, 29-1 days: 80% penalty, Day of departure or later: 100% penalty.

    We allow children ages 5 years to 17 years old on our guided tours. We unfortunately do not allow younger children on the tour.

    We can have you in a room that will have one bed (full, queen or king). We cannot guarantee that your room will have king size bed, only where available. You can speak with the hotel staff and request a king size bed.

    We welcome children as young as 2 years of age on our general Globus escorted tours. Emergency washrooms are available on the motorcoach. There are frequent comfort stops approximately every 2 to 2½ hours. Once your booking has been confirmed and deposited we can advise what hotel is typically used as the hotel options are subject to change.
