Hi Rabab, I hope you are doing great, Tatia is here ^_^ wow! It seems we disappointed you on every possible and even impossible ways:)) For Georgia GRAND Tour the itinerary is planned perfectly for travelers who want to visit every special spot in a week and experience the real adventure. For your tour the car model was a Lincoln 2017 MKZ, which is quite comfortable. If you've read a bit more about destinations that you were planning to visit before booking you would know that the road to the highest settled village in Europe can't be perfect. That's funny, our driver was so "reckless and bad" that he didn't allow your friend - who was drunk on the roads all the time to drive our car on quite "damaged road" for our safety only. "check-in late and check-out early from your hotels and barley have time to relax we were exhausted and tired the whole trip." - On private tours, check in and check out times are chosen by travelers so was in your case. I don't even understand how can you blame us about it since in our conversations it's me offering an appropriate times and it is you changing them all the time. "They are not even familiar with their country the driver always take wrong turns and we have kept Google maps open to guide the driver so we don't get lost!" - Due to road reconstruction processes and traffics, quite a lot main roads are closed here, so using GPS is an appropriate way to replace the main route with the best alternative not to be late to the next destination. "The guide is a nice person but she lacks the knowledge I saw her opening Google to read about the place we are visiting so she can tell us about it. and when we ask her for anything she says check with your hotel reception! " aawww, thanks that is very nice of you! and I also used google translate to communicate with you:)) can't even take this one seriously. I've said these words about checking information with a reception only once, since your question was clearly about hotel's service and that hotel was chosen and booked directly from you. " Also meals plan are not prepared well we were hungry most of the time and she is waiting for us to ask her And she have no idea about what good places to eat." - this one is quite offensive since if there's a person in Georgia who knows all the best restaurants and cafes that is definitely me. Anyways, there are receipts including menus you had, on our bank account, (which surely was covered by us) from the best and most expensive restaurants in Georgia saying you had a quite amazing meals, bottles of wine and even sparkling wine. "There is not much activities included in the itinerary" was that only me who enjoyed canyons, caves, towers, museums and all these great spots?, Seems weird, cause I still have tickers with your names on them. Now seriously. All this is a slander since we have all the receipts, invoices, tickets and bank transits of your tour, + screenshots between us saying that if there was something changed in the itinerary was changed according to your desire. "I wouldn't recommend this tour to anyone it is not worth the value we paid It would be definitely much better to rent a car and go to same places by yourselves" Agreed, we don't recommend this tour to people who want to drink alcohol and drive a car at the same time. This tour is not for people who are not interested in anything cultural but shopping malls and skyscrapers. This tour is not for travelers which are too arrogant to make friends with locals and have meals with them. This tour is not for people who wear heels in Ushguli and complaint about not being comfortable later. This tour is not for people who get so blind by envy and arrogance that they can't see one's hard work. I'm honestly sorry if you recognized yourself on this list. Kind regards Tatia Oniani <3
