This tour was an excellent introduction to Croatia for us - with a good mix of the history of Croatia and its people, seeing beautiful gardens and the National Park. With local guides we learnt so much and walked around interesting areas. From the moment we were picked up by Mislov in Venice we got a good vibe and were reassured we'd made a good choice. Since this tour was operated in conjunction other partners there was some confusion at multiple points that did not make it a very smooth experience. 1. The travel voucher you sent me said Nature Trips ( nowhere on this thing did it say Katrina Line) but the driver who picked me up in Venice was from Katrina Line 2. The hotel in Opatija initially could not locate me and had no idea who Tour Radar or Nature Trips was. Once again I was part of the Katrina Line group which I had no idea I was part of and the reservation they had me booked for was made for the the 11th of September in the year 2020 not 2019 3. The guide who took me from Plitvice Lakes although very nice was not aware that I was part of the group You should have done a better job of letting me which tour group I was actually a part of so that at every point they knew who I was a part of and communicated that with your tour partners. I was traveling alone and had no one else to turn to and the reason I booked with you was so that I would not have to worry so much about my travel and accommodation arrangements and you failed at that. I would have been better off just booking everything myself However all the guides were very nice and excellentShow more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 16th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 16th, 2026, a minimum payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking with Nature Trips. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Nature Trips will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
