We're glad to hear you enjoyed the stunning Highland scenery and treks, and that the pace of the trip felt relaxed. We’re sorry to hear about the issues with the bus microphone and engine noise. We’ve passed this along to our tour manager so the equipment can be checked and replaced if needed. Regarding the stops, our itineraries do include sample locations, but sometimes guides adjust based on weather, timing, and group preferences. That said, we’ll review how we communicate this to make sure it’s clearer for future travellers. We are keen to improve every aspect of our tours so thanks again for the feedback! - KT
