We sincerely apologize for the lack of the promised Northern Lights program elements as they were indeed intended to be part of the itinerary, and we understand your disappointment that they were not delivered as expected. It is concerning to hear that the guide was not familiar with this aspect of the program as it does not reflect the level of preparation and service we strive to provide. We will review this carefully to ensure this does not happen again.
