Halong Bay Tour Companies

The service and amenities on this cruise were truly top notch. The staff and crew really went above and beyond what I expected. My only note is that there was basically no wifi on the boat at all. None of the networks let me so much as get a message out, let alone a picture or a video chat. Guests should be warned ahead, since those that had SIM cards or Wi-Fi pucks were able to access some services theoughout the cruise.

It was our third trip to Vietnam, before we were visiting it for a beach break, but for this time we decided to take and adventure trip in the mountains. We have heard a lot from other travelers about Sapa and Ha Long Bay and wanted to visit it. We were unconfident to arrange this trip by ourselves and decided to book it with Realistc Asia. It was a great decision for us. Our travel advisor Hien has recommended us this trip as we wanted to get a full insight into Northern Vietnam. We couldn’t expect more! We visited local villages, and the market in the mountains, met many interesting people. Personally I was blown away with the views in Mu Cang Chai, it is probably one of the most beautiful places I ever visited. For those who want to see rice terraces I recommend to go there. We got all what we wanted: adventures, less visited areas, beautiful sceneries and authentic experience. Hien, thank you so much for organizing everything! You are the best!

Vietnam is awesome country in South East Asia, i love Halong bay, crowded city in hustles, busy horn, especially food in the local, lvp travel ⛺ organization is perfect ! I 'd love to return hanoi late next 2019, Cheap services with Old like us....i recommend you should visit Vietnam before you see another neighbors

Halong Bay was stunning. The boat’s cabins, decks, and dining room were very nice, attractive, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The food was very good. Loved the kayaking, and we were able to see lots of monkeys! The cave was impressive, beautifully lit and lots of fun to explore. Hanoi is a vibrant, exciting city with lots of energy. Our hotel lobby was gorgeous, but the room, itself, was a disappointment. Our window was covered by a concrete wall, so there was no natural light, and it felt like you were in a cave when you were in the room. If you book this tour (and you should, it was great) make sure that you ask for a hotel room with a proper window!

Driver to pick us came in late andDoes not speak English. The hotel room we stayed after Halong trip was not cleaned yet when we got in the room. They were trying to check out at 12 pm onnFeb 10, and we stated that we are checked till February 11 although we are leaving 11pm. Enjoyed the Halong cruise and half said Hanoi city tour.

Tour guides needs more improvement, they need to be more adept to communication in English language.

We were on a 12 day private trip throughout the North and South of Vietnam. This option was incredibly informative, the scenery was amazing, the people were wonderful.

We took this charming tour in August first week. It was our family holiday trip. We all love active itinerary and Dat recommended us this option. Then we must say that he did an amazing job beyond my expectation to make our holidy exciting and memorable. Nice stay, good food, enjoy beauty of landscapes. we highly recommend this operator.

Tour starts early morning everyday...wish its more relax. But overall it was a good tour.

This was an unbelievable experience! We were so lucky to get the boat to ourselves on the second day because most of the group was only doing two day and one night. We got to experience halong bay, a fishing village as well as a school. The food was incredible on the cruise we got ten courses each meal! Everyone went above and beyond, my boyfriend left his wallet on the bus back and the coordinator went out herself and got it back for us. Absolutely recommend this trip, this was one of our favorite experiences from asia.

Tour was not as expected, Halong bay was not at all luxurious as promised in tour guide, train trip was very bad, we had a train compartment which contained two used bunk beds, we couldn't sit. The transport to Halong bay was with 17 people instead of the maximum of twelve (we booked a private tour!). The hotels listed in the tour guide were note the same, we should go to the Skylark after the trip to Halong Bay but ended up in the same Golden Silk Boutique Hotel where the breakfast was at seven already sold out (empty trays). We paid our own taxi's to transfer from the not booked Skylark hotel to the Golden Silk Boutique Hotel (otherwise it would have taken ages to arrange transport). In alle cases we paid for our our diners, while the tour guide suggested arranged diners. All in all not the trip we expected and we are not going to book a tour with your company again.
