GAdventures tour was well organized, covered lots of diverse locations and variety in program/authentic experiences, and educational info; provided enough free time, and was relatively economical including a variety of accommodations and extra optional activities. Good size group of participants.

We took the 8 day Morocco Kasbahs & Desert tour. It was a very fast paced tour with local guides at each of the different excursions. Our guide Latifa was excellent making sure everyone had what they needed along the way.

This was an incredible trip that put Morocco’s magical landscapes and exceptionally warm hospitality front and center. Brahim, our amazing guide, went above and beyond to provide us with extensive history, current sociopolitical climate, and most importantly, genuine cultural exchange opportunities. 11 days flew by and I already cannot wait to return to Morocco!

This trip was absolutely amazing. I had two of the best trip managers, that were not only informative but also would do anything they could to make the trip incredible. The sights, the scenes, the people were absolutely amazing and I would do it all over again.

Tour was fantastic. Marcos and Jelly really made the trip what it was. More free time and more time in Portugal would be great which i know is extremely hard to fit in on such a tight schedule but overall a very fun trip, saw many amazing things

The assessment of this tour is made based on The Morocco portion of the tour. Aissa and Houssin were amazing ! They went far and above to make the long hours driving pleasant, smooth and fun. There were no places, hotel or food that we didn’t like. Morocco has beautiful places to visit, and unique culture. Glad we choose this destination. Egypt has a lot of historical places to visit.

Our guide Aissa and driver Houssein were incredible and are the main reason I’m giving this tour 5 stars! They took such incredible care of our small group and went above and beyond. Even buying a microphone when they learned that we couldn’t hear them as well in the car if we sat in the back row. Just the attention to detail and thoughtfulness was awesome!!! Other than that, there was a significant amount of driving in the tour but we understood it was necessary to see all that we saw. I would do the exact same tour again, even with the amount of driving. It was great!

Timeless tour is good. The driver Alejandro, the guide Abdul are very nice and knowledgeable. The only thing that needs to improve is the van's windows should be closed at all times and AC should be turned on. They opened the windows while driving and dust and smog made us very uncomfortable. Other than that, the the trip was great 👍.

What I liked most about CharlieTheTraveler was the tours did not seem out of textbook. Our tour guide was not a walking robot of information. Everything about the trip was authentic and real. I was immersed into the culture of Morocco in each daytrip. Although I liked every aspect of the trip, I especially felt drawn to the mosques as I know they hold so much meaning. It is an important part of the culture, so I was happy to have been brought to so many!

Our Morocco trip was very well planned. Our driver Medhi was very genuine and nice to talk to. Everyday was unique and fun. Our kids had an amazing time too. I highly recommend this company. Thanks for all your effort.

This is the perfect tour if you want to experience all the tastes Morocco has to offer. We loved it and feel super satisfied for chosing this tour. The itinerary is excellent and takes you from the beach to the desert. It goes just as described, without any negative surprise. Hotels and transportation are really good, and all the drivers and guides were very nice and helpful with us. Also, we had the agency all the time in touch by whatsapp and email, and they immediately returned all our contacts and informed pick-up time for each next day. We surely recommend it.

Our tour ran as smoothly as possible. We saw amazing sights in all three countries and were face to face with the challenges of the people of Morocco. The trash in the countryside of Morocco was in sharp contrast to the tidiness of Spain and Portugal. Our hotels were better than we expected in all three countries. Our Guide Vitor did an excellent job working out little and big issues that individuals experienced—from getting our food orders handled smoothly to assisting with a medical emergency in Morocco providing as much support as possible. He was faced with a variety of challenges that required skilled decision making. His comfort with local languages was a huge plus. Stomach issues and Covid hit the group pretty hard, but most were able to press on. You have to stick with your guide and dalliance taking photos can separate you from the group. Local guides were very knowledgeable, but not all easily understood due to local accents. This trip is a challenging pace, but a once in a lifetime experience.

-Très mauvaise expérience lors du voyage Grand tour du Maroc pour les raisons suivantes : Le guide qui nous accompagnait ne prenait aucune initiative pour s’informer sur si les monuments à visiter étaient ouverts alors qu’il y avait des raisons de penser qu’ils seraient fermés (ex : COVID, conditions météorologiques). Ainsi, à quelques reprises, le guide nous a dit qu’il était possible que le monument soit fermé, mais nous avons tout de même dû faire le trajet d’autobus pour nous rendre au monument pour rien ce qui consistait un détour et une perte de temps majeure dans des journées déjà passées majoritairement dans l’autobus. Un appel téléphonique ou une recherche sur internet auraient clairement pu nous donner la réponse sans nous faire perdre notre temps. -En raison des conditions météorologiques, la route entre Ouarzazate et Marrakech a été fermé. Après avoir visité un monument pendant 45 minutes dehors à la pluie, nous avons dû rester dans un restaurant humide et très mal chauffé (température d’environ 5-10 degrés) avec nos habits mouillés de 11h à 18h avant que l’agence prenne finalement la décision (ce qui aurait dû être fait bien avant) que nous devions passer une autre nuit à l’hôtel de Ouarzazate et qu’ils confirment nos réservations à l’hôtel. Suite à cet événement, plusieurs membres du groupe sont tombés malade. Pour ma part, j’ai eu un épisode de fièvre la nuit suivante et 6 jours plus tard, je suis toujours malade ce qui a en partie gâché les 4 derniers jours de mon voyage (donc le tiers de celui-ci). Je comprends le manque de contrôle lié aux conditions météorologiques, mais je déplore le manque d’initiative de la part du guide pour nous proposer des activités alternatives/changer le lieu d’attente pour un lieu où nos besoins de base étaient comblés et l’absence importante du guide pendant l’attente qui nous laissait sans information pendant plusieurs heures. D’ailleurs, des membres du groupe ont proposé d’aller passer du temps dans un Hammam ou de retourner attendre à l'hôtel et le guide n’était aucunement à l’écoute. Nous n’avons obtenu aucune compensation (même pas un thé chaud) de la part de l’agence pour compenser ce changement d’horaire et ce temps d’attente mal géré à se tourner les pouces au froid. D’ailleurs, le lien de confiance avec le guide était tellement faible que certains membres du groupe se sont informés à la réception de l’hôtel pour confirmer que la route était bel et bien bloquée, car la confiance en ce que le guide nous disait était grandement remise en question. -Le groupe était formé de 11 francophones et 2 anglophones. Ainsi, le guide devait prendre le temps de traduire tout ce qu’il disait en anglais ce qui faisait en sorte que nous devions attendre plusieurs minutes avant de passer aux prochaines explications et cela nous a donc fait perdre du temps. -L’autobus était très inconfortable. Il y avait des gommes à mâcher collées sur les bancs et le pare-brise était brisé. De plus, les bancs étaient inconfortables et non adaptés en considérant le nombre d’heure important passé dans l’autobus. -Nous n’avons pas pu visité les tombeaux à Marrakech, car nous manquions de temps et la file d’attente était trop longue. Nous sommes donc entrés sur le site, avons payé le tarif d’entrée et sommes tout de suite ressortis vu le nombre de visiteurs. J'ai reçu un crédit de 75$ de la compagnie suite à notre plainte (donc pour une prochaine réservation avec la compagnie ce qui m'est absolument inutile puisque cela n'aura jamais lieu dans mon cas).

Hold on. If you book this trip because it is advertised as "RAIL ADVENTURE", it's not. At least not the date the eight of us picked.

Look at a map to see how much you will be traveling by van because the itinerary is not clear on that. I did the 20 day tour. I don’t think it was the Highlights tour.

Tour was bursting with activities. Hotels so so especially the hotel in Marakkech. Room and towels smell of cigarettes, no lights in shower tub, no fan or AC in the room. Tour is value for the money. Tour is very suitable for fun loving young people. would have preferred better accommodation at the Sahara Desert. Inside the tents felt like a sauna during the day and night it was like a freezer. Overall good experience.

I was disappointed that the amount I paid was not the same as others based on my conversations with them. However, I had a memorable time. As a vegetarian, food options were not great. The highlight of the tour were the monuments and places, absolutely stunning. My group was amazing and I'm happy to form new connections.

Itinery well thought out . great idea starting in Lisbon.

Tour director Samuel Rivas is very knowledgeable and added fun to the tour. He went out of his way to help our group with questions and/or concerns. My family and I enjoyed all of our destinations and had a very good time! I do, however, believe that two of the tour guides (in Portugal and Gibraltar) may need additional diversity sensitivity training.
