Rory was very knowledgeable and what he didn't know, he researched so that he could let us know the following day. OUR B&B was brilliant, excellent breakfast and comfy rooms. I had booked a small group tour on purpose so I was extremely disappointed when an old bus with people already on it showed up. I was on a scouting trip for the university I work for to find good vendors to use when I take 10 students around Scotland to learn history and culture summer 2020. I will avoid Tourradar, because you didn't keep you word on what was advertised and I will avoid Highland Experience. Large busses have a hard time parking and it takes so long for everyone to get on and off. This particular bus was very old with a broken drivers window, horribly loud grinding motor, no wifi, music system archaic. The driver, Daniel, was fantastic. He managed the giant old bus beast very well, and he always was there to make sure I was ok. I felt very safe and grateful for his sense of duty. I was traveling alone, so knowing that my driver wouldn't leave without me and checked on my often was a great comfort. I hope this message gets to his managers.Show more
