the CEO was excellent and went out of his way to help me navigate this trip. It was complicated by the fact the airlines lost my luggage and I endured 15 days of insufficient clothing. I paid for single occupancy but was surprised when 3 of the 11 days did not include that. Indeed one location I paid an extra 40.00 for an individual room.I also found that it was inconvenient to have to pay cash for all optional tours or events- If a company uses reputable services they should be able to acceptcredit cards in my opinionShow more

This Tour is pretty much split into 2 parts. Part 1: get to cusco with some stops (and overnight busses) on the way, and Part 2: The inca Trail, the main attraction (at least in my opinion) There are some great optional activities on the trip, like the rainbow mountain, which Odi (our CEO) with great foresight could move a week ahead or the nasca flight, which is also a really cool experience. The highlight for me was definitively the inca trail. GAdventures and their Porters (Primitivo - Group N# 6) made thus an amazing experience. Everything we used on this trip, like the tents, the sleeping bags, the air matresses, the chairs and the cooking Equipment was carried up by them, huge respect for that. The food on the trip was great, definitively some of the best food I had in whole peru, so great thanks to Florentino & Francisco for beeiing our master chefs. On the Trip were multiple very cool inca ruins, which our head Guides (Melquiades) and Assistant Guide (Efrain Mariño) did a great job explaining. I would recommend this trip to everybody, just know that you should book the trip long in advance, because there are only 200 tourists allowed to enter the inca trail per day, if you are late, you might not make it (you will still be hiking on the Lares Trek instead)Show more
