All transport organised by Trip 500 was excellent and arrived on time. The Amman International Hotel was very good. Our room was comfortable and the food was excellent. All staff were friendly and went out of their way to help. The tour itinerary was not quite as advertised on the site. The welcome dinner on day one was a meal in the hotel restaurant. There was no group or welcome. Day three was not as advertised we visited the citadel which was excellent but no exploration of the downtown souk pr the Roman theatre. Jerash was wonderful but lunch taken at the same restaurant as the day before on the visit to Umm Qays. The bus was good and the driver excellent. We did not stay at either of the hotels offered in the brochure at Petra. The hotel we did stay at was fine but it would have been good to have been informed of the change of hotel. Day three Citadel Amman, Jerash and transfer to Petra felt rushed and was very busy. Petra and Wadi Rum were both amazing. Day five we missed out a stop to see the Greek Orthodox Church of St George instead visiting two souvenir sites one for Dead Sea products and one for mosaics. Overall the tour was good but at times felt rushed. It would have been better if the company had communicated to us the changes to the itinerary and accommodation.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before July 6th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 6th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Trip500. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
