Our tour guide Mendee was attentive to our needs and always make sure that we are comfortable and well fed. Mendee was knowledgeable with historical events and has good communication skill with excellent customer service. Our driver Sunday was very helpful even though he doesn't speak English, he always has a smile on his face. It was our first time in Mongolia and we really enjoyed the experience, especially with the host family in their Ger.Show more

This tour primarily takes place in the Gobi. There are many hikes, camel riding, horse riding, and viewing wildlife by way of car. Along the way you will stay in gers with host families, as well as hotels. We visited a few museums as well. Chinggis Khan is a big focus of the tour. Favorites on the trip included seeing ibex climb up vertical rocks, a hike in a river gorge to see a waterfall, and following in the footsteps of Roy Chapman Andrews(the real life Indiana Jones. Our guide was Mendee, who was very knowledgeable, reliable, fun, and a true leader. Highly recommended.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before July 24th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 24th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Tour Mongolia. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
