Muscat
Your driver will meet you at Seeb International Airport to start things off. From there, you'll head to the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, one of the world's largest mosques with incredible Islamic architecture that's worth seeing in person. After that, you'll walk through the Muttrah Souq, an old Arabian market where the narrow alleys are packed with everything from traditional khanjars to gold, silver, and colorful fabrics. Before wrapping up, stop by Al Alam Palace to grab some photos from outside the gates.

Wahiba Sands
This morning involves a 2-hour drive out to Wahiba Sands, a huge desert area that covers 12,500 square kilometers with rolling sand dunes perfect for activities. During the drive, keep your eyes open for local wildlife and plants. Once you arrive, you'll visit a Bedouin settlement where locals explain how they live, their culture, and their traditions. Later in the evening, you'll settle into desert camping and spend time looking up at the starry sky.

Landmarks Wahiba Sands - Day 3
Wadi Bani Khalid - Sur - Muscat
After breakfast, drive about 1 hour to Wadi Bani Khalid, a green valley next to the Hajar Mountain where rivers flow year-round. You'll see the natural pools with turquoise water and explore Muquil cave. Then it's another 2-hour drive to Sur where you'll visit a traditional dhow building factory and watch workers use traditional methods to build ships by hand. Your driver will then take you to the airport, which is roughly 2 hours away, for your departure.
