  The scenery changes so dramatically across Sri Lanka that every few days felt like a new adventure. Kandy brought culture and history, while Nuwara Eliya introduced beautiful green hills and tea plantations. The visit to a tea factory was interesting, but the train journey from Nanu Oya to Ella was probably the most memorable part of the mountain section. Lanka Safe Tours provided a well-organised itinerary with an excellent combination of adventure and relaxation. Ella itself had plenty to offer, with Little Adam’s Peak, Nine Arch Bridge and Ravana Falls all worth visiting. Arugam Bay and Pasikuda then provided a welcome opportunity to relax beside the sea. The final journey through Polonnaruwa and Sigiriya added some impressive ancient sites. Having private transport throughout made the long-distance travel much easier. Our guide, Kavishan, made the journey even more enjoyable with his friendly nature, helpful guidance, excellent local knowledge, and thoughtful attention throughout the trip.Show more

  Lanka Safe Tours offered a comfortable way to experience a broad range of Sri Lanka in just ten days. A great choice for anyone who wants more than just a beach holiday. The itinerary combines cultural attractions with beautiful mountain scenery and relaxing time on the East Coast. Kavishan made every journey smooth with his local knowledge, kindness, and thoughtful assistance. Kandy was a wonderful starting point, followed by Nuwara Eliya and its tea-covered hills. The train ride into Ella was a definite highlight, and the views around Little Adam’s Peak and Nine Arch Bridge were beautiful. Arugam Bay provided a completely different atmosphere, while Pasikuda was ideal for some quiet beach time. Polonnaruwa and Sigiriya added plenty of history toward the end. Travelling privately made everything simpler, especially when moving between regions.Show more

  Some trips are memorable because of one destination, but this one stands out because of the variety. There was something different almost every day, from Kandy’s cultural attractions to the tea country around Nuwara Eliya. The Nanu Oya–Ella train journey was beautiful, and Ella offered wonderful views from Little Adam’s Peak. Lanka Safe Tours provided a comfortable and well-planned way to experience such a diverse part of Sri Lanka. Nine Arch Bridge and Ravana Falls were also enjoyable stops. Arugam Bay brought a more relaxed coastal atmosphere, followed by peaceful beach time around Pasikuda. The historical side returned with Polonnaruwa’s ancient ruins and the impressive Sigiriya Rock Fortress. Pidurangala added another great viewpoint. The private vehicle made travelling between all these places considerably easier.Show more

  Looking back at the whole journey, the biggest highlight was the incredible variety packed into ten days. Kandy provided a wonderful cultural beginning, followed by the peaceful tea country around Nuwara Eliya. Visiting a tea factory and garden was interesting, and the train ride from Nanu Oya to Ella gave some unforgettable views. Ella was full of beautiful spots, especially Little Adam’s Peak, Nine Arch Bridge and Ravana Falls. Arugam Bay then brought a completely different coastal atmosphere, while Pasikuda was ideal for relaxing and enjoying the beach. The ancient ruins at Polonnaruwa added a fascinating historical dimension before reaching Sigiriya. Climbing Sigiriya and visiting Pidurangala created a memorable ending to the route. With private transportation, guided sightseeing and accommodation arranged, Lanka Safe Tours made the journey convenient, varied and enjoyable.Show more

  Sri Lanka really showed its different sides during these ten days. The cool mountain scenery around Nuwara Eliya felt completely different from the tropical beaches of Arugam Bay and Pasikuda. The tea factory and garden visit provided an interesting look at one of the country’s most famous industries, while the Nanu Oya to Ella train ride was a memorable experience in itself. Lanka Safe Tours created a varied and enjoyable journey without making the itinerary feel repetitive. Ella had some fantastic highlights, particularly Little Adam’s Peak, Nine Arch Bridge and Ravana Falls. After relaxing on the East Coast, the ancient ruins at Polonnaruwa offered a fascinating glimpse into Sri Lanka’s history. Sigiriya and Pidurangala were the perfect final highlights, with impressive views and plenty of atmosphere. The private vehicle made the route much more comfortable.Show more

Visiting a tea factory and tea garden was fascinating, while the train journey from Nanu Oya to Ella was easily one of the most scenic experiences. Ella offered plenty to enjoy, from Little Adam’s Peak to the famous Nine Arch Bridge and Ravana Falls. After the mountains, reaching Arugam Bay and Pasikuda felt like a complete change of atmosphere. The beaches were perfect for slowing down and enjoying the tropical side of the country. Polonnaruwa’s ancient ruins and Sigiriya added an impressive historical finish. Kandy was a lovely introduction, followed by the cooler scenery of Nuwara Eliya and the beautiful tea country. The train ride from Nanu Oya to Ella was one of the most enjoyable parts, with incredible views along the way. Ella itself was a highlight, especially Little Adam’s Peak, Nine Arch Bridge and Ravana Falls. Our guide, Kavishan, was friendly, knowledgeable and always helpful, making each day more enjoyable and ensuring we felt comfortable throughout the journey.   Beautifully planned itinerary covering many different sides of Sri Lanka. Ten days gave us enough time to experience cultural landmarks, mountain scenery, train travel, beaches and ancient ruins. Kandy was fascinating, especially Temple of the Tooth Relic and Peradeniya Botanical Garden. Nuwara Eliya offered gorgeous tea plantations and waterfalls, while the train ride toward Ella was a memorable experience. Ella itself was spectacular, particularly Nine Arch Bridge and Little Adam’s Peak. Arugam Bay and Pasikudah provided peaceful coastal days before continuing toward Polonnaruwa and Sigiriya. Private driving and guided assistance made everything convenient. Excellent choice for anyone wanting variety without complicated travel arrangements.Show more

Kandy, Nuwara Eliya and Ella created some incredible scenic and cultural moments, while the train ride through the highlands was particularly enjoyable. Exploring tea gardens, waterfalls, Nine Arch Bridge and Little Adam’s Peak gave us wonderful opportunities for photographs. Arugam Bay and Pasikudah offered peaceful beach days and time to relax. Polonnaruwa’s ancient ruins were fascinating, while Sigiriya provided a spectacular historical highlight. Private driving made transportation easy and comfortable throughout the itinerary.
