The tour guide must be fluent in English; on our last day, we received a Spanish-speaking person and were not sure what information was shared and where we were going in a strange land. The Novotel hotel rooms need modification shower need replacement. On our first day we received mixed confusing information bus driver did not show up and later on bus is broken down, Our tour was delayed for 2 hours. Need to have better communication and plan. Tour guide must come to the hotel early and inform and introduce the group This is a crowded place none of us has no identification tag, group has 60-75 people with one tour guide these things has to change. Bus toilet availability has to be improved. It will be great to inform travellers what to bring according to the weather conditions.Show more

In cases of bilingual groups, our guides hold a minimum B2 (Upper Intermediate) English certificate, ensuring seamless communication and historical narration in both English and Spanish. Should any difficulty arise in understanding the guide, passengers are encouraged to request clearer communication or contact our emergency numbers. Guide reassignments can be arranged if the issue persists. Regrettably, no communications were received from you via our emergency 24/7 hotline and WhatsApp, hindering our ability to address your concerns promptly. Additionally, breakfasts are always included during the circuits and additional nights, commonly consisting of a cold buffet. On the day of incorporation into the tour, breakfast is not included. Hotels often allocate special rooms for groups for practical and organizational reasons. Europamundo will adhere to the protocols established for breakfast rooms in case of requirements due to socio-sanitary situations. Payment information
- For any tour departing before August 11th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after August 11th, 2026, a minimum payment of $125 is required to confirm your booking with Europamundo. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 50 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Europamundo will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Europamundo" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
