- Day 1
Buenos Aires
Start your trip in Buenos Aires with the evening ahead to see what the city has to offer. The architecture here pulls from Belle Epoque design, and there are sidewalk cafes throughout the neighborhoods. You might head to La Boca for its colorful art walk, or try San Telmo where you'll find antique shops and tango clubs mixed into the bohemian atmosphere.

- Day 2
Buenos Aires to Ushuaia
Fly from Buenos Aires to Ushuaia this morning, then board the Scenic Eclipse. Once you're settled, the ship heads through the Beagle Channel where you'll see the Andean mountains from the water. You can raise a glass from your private verandah or the Observation Deck as your Antarctic expedition gets underway.

Landmarks Beagle Channel - Day 3
Drake Passage
Today crosses the Drake Passage, the waterway between South America and Antarctica. Have breakfast in your suite or meet other passengers at the Yacht Club. The Discovery Team gives an introductory presentation about polar excursions and how the Zodiac boats work. Later in the evening, there's entertainment in the theatre.

Landmarks Drake Passage - Day 4
Antarctica
You'll enter Antarctic waters and see icebergs for the first time from the Observation Deck while wearing your complimentary polar parka. The Discovery Team, which includes geologists, historians, ornithologists, marine biologists, and glaciologists, helps you spot whale blows and other wildlife in the distance.

Landmarks Antarctica - Day 5
Antarctica
Wake up in Antarctica with sculpted icebergs and glacial mountains visible from your suite. Look for over 40 bird species including wandering albatrosses, shearwaters, and giant petrels. Daily excursions depend on ice and weather, planned by the Captain and Discovery Team to take advantage of 18-20 hours of daylight.

Landmarks Antarctica - Day 6
Antarctica
Your Zodiac excursions might take you to Portal Point, a former British refuge hut, or to Deception Island in the South Shetland Islands where the ship can sail into the center of an active volcano's caldera. You'll see hundreds of thousands of chinstrap penguins and visit small scientific outposts. That evening, try specialty dining at Sushi @ Koko's.

Landmarks Portal Point Deception Island - Day 7
Antarctica
Get close to penguin colonies with Adelié, Chinstrap, Gentoo species, and possibly rare Emperor penguins. You'll hear their calls and watch them waddle around. Whales like minke, humpback, or Orca might appear, viewable from the yacht, Zodiac, or paddleboard. Ask the Discovery Leaders for photography tips.

Landmarks Antarctic Peninsula - Day 8

Navigate the Lemaire Channel, an 11-kilometer stretch just 700 meters at its narrowest point. Rocky mountains and glowing blue icebergs line the route. Between excursions, relax in the Observation Lounge where you can try specialty tea or coffee and look through Swarovski telescopes.

On Christmas Day, enjoy an optional butler-served breakfast in your suite, then head to the Observation Deck in your complimentary polar parka. The day includes themed dining and entertainment celebrating the season. You can also do Zodiac cruises, visit penguin rookeries, or kayak around icebergs.

Today you have the chance for a polar plunge, a major moment in Antarctica where you'll jump into the freezing water if you choose. The ship sets up the marina for swimmers. If you skip it, you can have hot chocolate or whiskey with those returning from the water.

Landmarks Antarctica - Day 11
Drake Passage
The return crossing of the Drake Passage gives you time to think about your Antarctic experience. Butler service brings freshly squeezed juice and barista-made coffee or tea to your door. The gym offers workouts, Pilates, stretching, and aerial yoga. Later, relax at the Scenic Lounge Bar with premium beverages.

Landmarks Drake Passage - Day 12
Ushuaia
Visit the bridge through the Captain's open bridge policy to learn about the Scenic Eclipse's technical abilities and capabilities. Before the expedition ends, book a treatment at Senses Spa, which offers ESPA facials, Ayurvedic massage, Japanese shiatsu, and other therapies. Relax afterward in the Vitality Lounge.
