Itinerary
- Day 1
Bangkok
Your private driver picks you up at Bangkok airport and takes you to your hotel. After checking in and getting settled, spend the rest of the day wandering the streets at your own pace. You'll see the historic architecture and local charm Bangkok is known for, then head back to rest up for the days ahead.

- Day 2
Bangkok
Breakfast at the hotel, then you'll join a guided tour visiting Bangkok's major temples and the Grand Palace. The morning covers Wat Traimit with its massive gold Buddha, Wat Po where you'll see the famous reclining Buddha, and the Grand Palace housing the Emerald Buddha. Later in the afternoon you're free to explore on your own.

Bangkok to Chiang Rai
After breakfast you fly to Chiang Rai where your driver meets you. Head straight to Wat Rong Khun, the White Temple, known for its distinctive white architecture and detailed design. Check into your hotel to settle in. Later, walk through the local night bazaar or night market to see what vendors have on offer.

- Day 4
Chiang Rai - Sop Ruak - Chiang Mai
Following breakfast, drive to Sop Ruak in the Golden Triangle to see where the Mekong River borders Laos, Myanmar, and Thailand. Visit the Hall of Opium museum to learn about the area's history. After lunch at a local restaurant, continue driving to Chiang Mai for the evening.

- Day 5
Chiang Mai
You have the day to yourself in Chiang Mai. Relax at your hotel or walk around and explore the city on your own. If you'd rather do something more active, there's an optional half-day tour at an elephant sanctuary where you can walk with elephants, feed them, and experience a mud spa and river bathing.

- Half Day Elephant Sanctuary Tour with Lunch (06:30-12:30): Drive approximately 1.5 hours south through rolling hills and forest, arrive at Elephant Jungle Sanctuary at 08:30, change into traditional Karen clothing and make medicine, meet and feed the elephants, mud spa at 09:45, walk and bathe elephants at river at 10:30, enjoy traditional meal and say goodbye at 11:30, drive approximately 1.5 hours back to Chiang Mai by 12:00

Chiang Mai to Hanoi
Eat breakfast at the hotel, then enjoy some free time before your driver takes you to Chiang Mai airport. From there you fly to Hanoi, where another driver meets you and takes you to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to rest and settle in.

Hanoi
A group city tour of colonial Hanoi starts at 7:45 with hotel pickup. You'll visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and his stilt house, the One Pillar Pagoda, Tran Quoc Pagoda at West Lake, and the Ethnology Museum. After lunch at a local restaurant, continue to the Literature Temple and Ngoc Son Temple at Hoan Kiem Lake.

Hanoi to Halong Bay
After breakfast the cruise team picks you up and drives through the Red River Delta with its green rice paddies toward Halong Bay. You'll board a cruise boat to explore limestone rocks and karst formations. Have lunch on board (seafood), then visit a limestone cave and try kayaking or swimming near floating villages before returning for an early dinner.

Halong Bay to Hanoi
Start with a hearty breakfast on the boat while it heads back to port. The cruise stops at another limestone cave so you can see stalagmites and stalactites. By 5:00 PM the boat returns to the main harbor in Hanoi. The rest of your evening is free to walk around or rest.

Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City
After breakfast at the hotel, spend some time relaxing before your driver takes you to the airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Once you arrive and settle into your hotel, the rest of the day is yours to do as you like.

Ho Chi Minh City to Mekong Delta
An English-speaking guide picks you up for a Mekong Delta tour. You travel to My Tho and board a sampan to visit four islands (Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Tortoise). Walk through Unicorn Island, try tropical fruits and local folk music, take a hand-rowed sampan through canals, and visit family workshops. Have a traditional Vietnamese meal, then cycle or relax in a hammock around Tan Thach village to experience daily life there.

Your guide picks you up for the 90-minute drive to Cu Chi Tunnels. Explore the extensive tunnel network that includes meeting rooms, kitchens, and medical areas. Learn about conditions during wartime and how people survived in the tunnels. Try manioc (the soldiers' main food) and optionally shoot AK47s or other weapons at the shooting range before returning to Ho Chi Minh City.
