    Please let me know for what purpose the additional costs are. According to the schedule all flights are included, or is this wrong? Regarding the hotels please let me also know if we can only choose between 3*, 4* and 5* hotels or if we can mix this and if this is for all tours from Vietnam Tour Fun.

      The Local Payment of USD 574/person covers domestic airfare during the trip (except for international flights for arrival and departure of this trip), the English-speaking guide fee, and some other local fees for a wholesome experience. You can pay Local Payment anytime till your arrival day by bank transfer, cash (new USD bills), or credit card payment link (with transfer fee). We just separate the price into Upfront Payment and Local payment to help our clients be more flexible to plan their payment for the trip. You can mix the hotels, just let me know which one you want to upgrade. Then I will calculate for you.

The group tour is NOT that you share with the same group from the beginning till the end. Most of our tour is a partial group tour in which you will have DIFFERENT GROUPS for excursion at each place, but airport pick-up/drop-off and accommodation are private, just join a group on days you have a tour.

  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before July 22nd, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 22nd, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Vietnam Tour Fun. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Vietnam Tour Fun will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
