Is there a guide in the tour to help that speak spanish for assistance during the tour? How is the audio guide delivered? Do they have to download an app or is it a physical device delivered when they arrive to the bus? If I have a specific request for a hotel, is it possible to use it instead of the one suggested?

Guide assistance in english speaking only, audio guide is provided in bus and no need to download any application. I suggest to book the tour hotel with us, pick up and from the airport and drop off are included. Hotel pick up is included as well and drop to the meeting point.
